Internal tray holders
? Extra capacity without compromise
A range of matrix tray holders may be fitted as standard inside the atom3 machine. They
do not impact capability for standard board dimensions or on tape feeder capacity. Up
to five Jedec trays can be accommodated on the atom3.
Jedec tray holders provide significant capacity for handling QFPs, BGAs, connectors,
heatsinks and other non-taped components. Tray holders can also be customized to
meet specific applications.
