Feeders
Largest machine inventory adds more flexibility
Intelligent feeder technology deployed across all Europlacer platforms is used on the atom range. Fast feeders
facilitate the exceptional atom placement speeds while broad compatibility helps to protect investment. Every
feeder is programmable with component and inventory data, with this information automatically recognized
by the atom machine. It means that feeders can be placed in any position for error-free convenience as well
as specific locations for optimal fine tuning.
The Europlacer feeder range includes intelligent tape feeders from 8mm to 104mm widths, feeder carts, belt
feeders, label feeders, solder ball feeders and a bulk feeder. A fluxer, critical to PoP processes, can also be
located at any feeder position.
The atom platform maintains Europlacer’s industry-leading reputation for the highest on-machine feeder
count, with both machines accommodating up to 264 8mm reels. That’s a huge inventory immediately available,
and a bonus that cuts changeover times in contract manufacturing and other high mix environments.
