Smart nozzles
Error-free location for absolute confidence
Europlacer machines use nozzles constructed from advanced thermoplastics to dramatically reduce the cost of
replacement and to prevent ESD for static-sensitive devices.
The Smart Nozzle concept uses a unique identity encoded onto each nozzle, allowing atom machines to verify that
the correct nozzles are being used. Smart nozzles can be positioned anywhere in the tool bank, eliminating errors
where operators place a nozzle in the wrong position.
