Large boards assembled in one shot

With its patented intelligent conveyor, the atom platform can handle boards
sizes from 50mm x 45mm up to 2099mm x 715mm.

This is the largest board size capability in the industry. It offers users the
ideal solution for large and long board applications, such as LED panels and
LED lighting strip production. Manufacturers can now assemble panels in
one shot, without needing to move the board in steps within the placement
machine. The result is a reduction in the risk of process errors, consistent
placement accuracy across the length and width of large boards, and a
streamlined production flow.

The atom platform’s standard 460mm maximum board width capability can 1 PCB 2059mm x 460mm
increase to 510mm with the removal of cameras and nozzles at the rear, and
further to 715mm with no feeders positioned to the rear of the machine.
