A combination of Europlacer’s fastest placement machine
in line with the compact xpii+ II gives a uniquely balanced
performance that encompasses the raw speed of atom4 with
the device handing flexibility of the twin-turret xpii+ machine.

A high-productivity line with extensive feeder capacity.
All the line balancing and throughput optimization
advantages of the atom4 and xpii+ II combination
but with the added advantage of two machines that
feature the industry’s highest feeder count. This line
configuration offers a total capacity of 528 positions
for 8mm reels as well as internal matrix trays. It is
ideal for assembly environments that must cater for
high speeds as well as assembly flexibility, for example
mass customization projects where huge on-machine
inventory eliminates changeover stoppages.
