High-speed pipette head
The geometry of the pioneering Pulsar head helps to reduce z-axis
moving mass to just 50 grams. That lightness allows accelerations
of up to 4g. Added to the gang-pick capability, where all eight Pulsar
pipette nozzles pick components in just two rapid movements,
effective placement throughput increases exponentially. Preserving
that throughput is key to assembly productivity. That’s where
Pulsar’s innovative diamond nanocoatings on titanium axes make
its eight intelligent pipette nozzles lubrication free, equating to very
low maintenance that keeps up-time and machine availability high.
