Dual sided High-Speed Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
By using Saki's unique Line-scan Technology, the BF-Tristar inspects both sides of a PCB simultaneously in a single scan. The BF-Tristar offers an effective system for the SMT, thru hole/wave solder and final assembly process.

BF-Tristar features 10 micron ultra-high resolution inspection capable of inspecting both sides of a PCB simultaneously in less than 25 seconds. Saki innovative line scan technology and specifically designed color CCD camera offers a highly flexible, accurate and complete inspection platform to meet all of your inspection requirements. These include: Multi-color Lighting Technology, telecentric lens, flexible programming, low preventative maintenance, fast cycle time, compact foot print W600mm x D915mm. The BF-Tristar is suitable for high quality production control for SMT, thru hole/wave solder and the final assembly process where rubbish and excess components detection is required.
