The programmable tape trolley (E112607) has a capacity of up to 33 separate component channels and accepts any mix of 8, 12, 16 or 24mm tape elements. It is fully 'intelligent' featuring the same intelligence as the other feeders in the Europlacer range, offering:
- Component recognition
- Data entry by micro-terminal and bar codes
- Auto adjustment of pick-up offset
- Programmable tape pitch in 2mm increments
- Off-machine networking for live stock information
- Reel batch ID for traceability reports
The new one piece low cost elements allow fast change-over and they can be stored with the tapes.
