Training

To enable our customers to maximise the throughput and capabilities of our equipment, we can offer a number of standardised training courses which may be provided 'on site' or within one of our dedicated Technical Support Centres in Shanghai / UK / USA / France.

Our standard courses cover all of the functions needed to maintain and develop your SMT process, however, if you require specific training in any aspect of your process we can also provide customised courses to meet those needs.

User Training - Designed to cover the day to day operation of the equipment, including maintenance, basic programming, optimisation and feeder capabilities.

Maintenance - This course is specifically designed to cover M/C (selectable) and Feeder maintenance, and provides a detailed 'hands on' review of the component parts of the M/C and their operation.

Programmers - This course is designed for advanced technicians or operators to cover all phases of program generation from CAD import, or on line programming, to setup and run of a first off. It includes component outline definition for vision analysis, single or multi panelled board programming, machine optimisation, multi-machines line balancing, feeder set up and library backups.
