• Collects automatically any operation event from EUROPLACER machines via a standard network. It analyses each data and records it into a database.

• Allows a visualisation of this database and the results are shown as graphs, spreadsheets and other graphic displays

• Allows the search and analysis of data recorded in the traceability files created by the Total Traceability option.

The software is made of 3 parts via a network connection:

1. on each machine PC, allows to transmit the machine events to the production management (invisible for the operator)
2. on the Production management Server PC, receives the messages of the 1st part of the software and stores then into the general database
3. on any PC, via a network (or internet) to the Prodution management PC server (can be located on the Server PC itself: the communication will be done locally), for consultation.

The consultation part of the production management allows the user to display and print out the machines production results on any PC, providing it is linked by a network to the Server.

Mode « live »:
allows the user to display today's and yesterday's production in detail and in real time.

Mode « statistical »:
allows the user to display the previous production results (during the past days weeks or months)

Mode « traceability »:
Find easily the fully detailed placement reports of the products, searching by product code, product batch, board serial number, item code and item batch.
