Blakell Europlacer are holding a Process/Productivity day in our Poole HQ on July 15th.

There will be a live production line running comprising the following equipment:

  • Speedprint - stencil printer
  • SAKI – 3D inline solder paste inspection
  • Europlacer – iineo placement system
  • HEXI – reflow system
  • SAKI – automatic optical inspection
  • Aegis – CAD/CAM system
  • Datapaq – precision reflow profiling

Also, in parallel to the live production line, there will be presentations by keynote speakers as follows:

  • Solder paste selection –              Andrew Clarke, European Business Manager,     AIM Solder Paste
  • Stencil Design Considerations – Tony Weldon, Stencil Division Manager,              TECAN Ltd.
  • Automatic Optical Inspection - Tobias Van Rossem, European Sales Manager,   SAKI Corp. (strategies for process improvement)
  • Software Solutions -                     Dan Walls, European Managing Director,               AEGIS Corp.

After the presentations, you are invited to join the live production line, where there will be the opportunity to discuss the various key parts of the process with the relevant experts in an informal workshop environment. This should offer you the chance to discuss real production issues with industry experts.

Following presentations and workshops, we are offering a quick trip on a high speed boat in Bournemouth, by way of light entertainment (weather permitting!)
