Without any installations or configurations, support sessions are started in seconds. A single .exe file is hosted on the Support page of our web site.

When the customer clicks the remote support icon, he will choose "Save" and "Run", enter the code given by the Europlacer engineer which will begin the remote support session.

The customer keep the control as he needs to permit desktop sharing, both Europlacer engineer and customer can control the machine's computer and thus participate in problem solving.
