The DANBRIDG DB233 tester is delivered with EUROPLACER machines. This option comprises of a measuring bridge consisting of two electrodes linked to a flexible circuit, on which the machine places the components to be measured.

The machine can test either all the components that can be measured, or tests the first component from each feeder to confirm a correct loading. In this case, when a feeder is disconnected or moved, the first component from its replacement or from its new position is tested again.

When this option is used, the machine cycle is as follows :

component. pick-up with the nozzle-holders : 1, 2, 3 … 8
turret-head in position 1
eventual test of the component in the order : 1, 2, 3 … 8
components placement in the usual order : 1, 2, 3, …8

If a component is faulty, it is treated as a component which has been rejected by the vision system :

it is ejected into the waste bin
after N aborts, the magazine is recognized as faulty.
