Glue Dispenser


  •  This option allows the user to dispense glue dots.
  • The dispensing sub-assembly is fitted parallel to the placement head and allows the dispensing of up to 17 000 dots per hour.

 

 

 

 

  • 2 types of syringes 10 et 30 ml can be used.   
  • 4 different types of needles, generating glue dots of different sizes, can be fitted.  
  • The air pressure can be adjusted at the gauge, normally between 1 and 2 bars. 
  • The dot sizes will be adjusted in the package library, individually for all components
