There will be a live production line running comprising the following equipment:

- SAKI – 3D inline solder paste inspection
- Europlacer – iineo placement system
- HEXI – reflow system
- SAKI – automatic optical inspection
- Aegis – CAD/CAM system
- Datapaq – precision reflow profiling
